How do I place an order?

To place an order with us, all you need to do is:

Option 1

  • Register as a Practitioner or Natural Medicine Student online
  • Once we have confirmed your details, you will then be sent an email indicating that your account has been activated
  • Log on to www.boutiquebotanica.com.au and place your order online.
  • You can then choose to have the products sent directly to you; or to your client’s address.

Option 2

  • Fax (07 3368 2151) or email (info@boutiquebotanica.com.au) your script directly to us.
  • Your products will then be sent directly to you; or directly to your client.

Not a practitioner or natural medicine student?

If you are looking to purchase the nutritional and herbal supplements your Practitioner has prescribed, you will need to do the following to get access to purchase our practitioner-only products:

  1. Obtain a hard copy of your script from your Naturopath or Health Care Practitioner; or
  2. OPTION 1: Scan in your script so that you have it on your computer. When you create an account with us you will have an option to attach your prescription to your account. If you have already created an account go to My Account > Prescriptions to attach your prescription.
  3. OPTION 2: Fax (07 3368 2151) or email (info@boutiquebotanica.com.au) a copy of your script and let us know what you are looking to order and we can process the order for you.

Please note: We will not fill your order until a valid script is presented to us. Your script should contain the following information:

  • Practitioner’s name, phone number, clinic address and Association number
  • The client’s name and dosage instructions
  • Date of consultation
  • Any repeats required
